THE OPPORTUNITY

As the Senior Analyst, Talent Management, you will play a key role in the design and execution of various programs and processes that support Chipotle’s talent management strategy. In partnership with key stakeholders, this individual works closely with the Manager, Talent Management to build, implement and continuously improve talent programs, including performance management, talent selection, talent reviews and calibration, leadership and top talent development, succession planning, and career frameworks. This role blends program operations with people analytics to deliver insights that inform leadership decisions and elevate employee experience. You will partner closely with HR Business Partners, People Analytics, L&D, and business leaders to operationalize scalable, data-driven talent practices.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Talent & Planning

  • Work closely with the Manager, Talent Management to identity and develop strategies and programs that align with Chipotle's talent development strategy and strategic priorities.  Partners with internal stakeholders on design and deliverables.

  • Partner with internal partners and stakeholders to unlock full capabilities of HRIS, Workday, with regards to talent management.

  • Analyze talent data and metrics to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.

  • Support Workforce planning and translate data into narratives on bench strength, critical roles, mobility, internal talent marketplace utilization, and build/buy/borrow decisions

Performance Management

  • Lead the performance management cycle, including goal setting, mid-year reviews, feedback, and year-end evaluations across corporate and restaurant.

  • Partner with Internal Communications to draft and deliver communication plans for each step of the performance management cycle.

  • Design training materials, tools, and resources that reinforce and sustain learning and application.

Leadership & Professional Development

  • Support the implementation and program management of leadership development programs for emerging, mid-level, and senior leaders.

  • Identify metrics and analyze data to evaluate effectiveness of leadership & development programs and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

  • Assists with vendor relationship management and onboarding for program initiatives.

Data & Insights

  • Track and report on performance management, succession, and leadership development.

  • Analyze the effectiveness of talent management initiatives through data analysis and metrics.

  • Support development and delivery of clear, concise, and data-driven presentations.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE TABLE

  • Bachelor's Degree (BA/BS) from 4-year college or university in Human resources or equivalent preferred

  • 3-5 years of related experience 

  • Korn Ferry Instruments working knowledge preferred 

  • Previous experience with skill based program a plus

  • Program and project management skills, strong time management and organization skills  

  • Knowledge of training and organizational development (OD) techniques

  • Excellent communication skills: verbal, written, editing, presenting, and facilitation 

  • Strong influencing and collaboration skills 

  • Strong problem solving, critical thinking, judgment, and decision-making ability 

  • Experience with Workday Talent Tenant preferred

  • Data analysis and project management skills are critical to success in this role.

  • Analytics and visualization using Excel/Google Sheets (advanced), Power BI/Tableau, basic SQL preferred

  • Strong power point storytelling and visualization skills

PAY TRANSPARENCY

A reasonable estimate of the current base pay range for this position is $99,000.00–$135,000.00. You are also eligible for annual cash bonuses and equity awards based upon performance and other factors. Actual compensation offered may vary depending on skill level, experience, and/or education.
